Learning Model Video | Vyond Animation

📌 Overview

The project was developed for a company that provides cloud-based insurance software and services, focusing on helping insurance companies transform their businesses. The final animated video product introduces the company's learning model, emphasizing that employee growth involves more than just training. It highlights the crucial role managers play in guiding exposure to new skills and supporting real-world application—especially during onboarding.

🧩 The Challenge

Due to the company's remote work environment, onboarding varied across teams, leading to inconsistent understanding of the learning model. Many employees assumed learning was limited to formal training, with little clarity around how to apply the model in practice.

✅ The Solution

The video breaks down the company's learning framework  (Education, Exposure, Experience) and uses a real-world scenario to show how each element works together. It reinforces that while the L&D team supports Education, managers are responsible for facilitating Exposure and Experience.

🧠 Design Challenge

The main challenge was presenting a high-level learning model in a way that felt practical and relatable. The video needed to both introduce structure and demonstrate real-world application—showing what the model looks like in action. The use of scenario-based storytelling helped translate abstract concepts into tangible behaviors.
